Returns & exchanges policy
At SOLO17, we want you to love what you wear. If your item doesn’t fit right or isn’t what you expected, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or send out your exchange promptly.
